Oryx Fighting

What you're seeing here is two Oryx also called Gemsbok fighting not just sparring which we often see but trying to do serious harm to each other. If this type of activity bothers you do not look at the photos or video. The dust kicked up was significant, but other than the sound of movement and them striking each other it was silent. If you look closely at one of the photos it appears that one has a horn in at least 8 inches into the other, but no sound. Stoic or what. If you look at the video closely you will note that one uses a back flip of the neck to impale the other. This was difficult to watch.
